These terms apply to every purchase made on https://jessz.cc (the "Site"), operated by Jessz Technology ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy and Refund policy.

1. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, if there was an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud; we will tell you by email if this happens.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Shipping costs and, where applicable, taxes are calculated and shown before you pay. Payment is made through PayPal or by card through Airwallex; we never see your card details.

3. Customs duties and import taxes

Orders are shipped from China. Unless the checkout states that duties are included, any import duties, VAT or customs handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery. Refusing a parcel because of these charges does not entitle you to a refund of the shipping cost.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct; we cannot be responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address. Loss or damage in transit is the carrier's responsibility; we file the claim for you as described in the Refund policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, exchanges, refunds and the machinery warranty are handled as described in our Refund policy. Machinery is tested before shipping and covered for [12] months against defects in materials and workmanship; the warranty is fulfilled by technical support, replacement parts or repair.

6. Product information and compliance

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may look different on different screens and small variations may occur in hand-made items. If you discover an error, please tell us and we will correct it. Before ordering machinery, please check that its voltage, plug, and safety or certification requirements match those of your country; obtaining any import licence, registration or local certification is your responsibility. Machinery must be installed, operated and maintained according to the manual and by suitably trained people.

7. Your account

You log in with a link or code sent to your email address; keep that mailbox secure, because anyone with access to it can log in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

8. Reviews and other content

By posting a review, a photo or a message on the Site you allow us to display it on the Site and to use it in our own marketing, and you confirm it is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (texts, photos, videos, designs and logos) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with its operation, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.

11. Liability

We are liable for what the law requires and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost production, lost profit or the cost of downtime. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is brought before the courts of [City], China, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the Site when you place your order. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.
